How do I know what size to order?
How much is delivery charges?
UK: Standard tracked delivery is £4.80 per order. Free delivery for purchases £60 and above.
Malaysia: International economy delivery is £15. Free delivery for purchases £120 and above.
When will I receive my order?
UK: Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive.
Malaysia: Please allow 2-6 weeks.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and to Malaysia.
What is the cut-off time for returns? (UK only)
You have 14 days from receipt of products to return any items that are not suitable.
How do I return an unworn and unused item? (UK only)
Contact us for a return label and take the parcel to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Please keep the receipt of return as proof of delivery until you have received the refund.
Do I pay for returns? (UK only)
Return charges are paid by Thrive Athletica.

Thrive Athletica is a brand of United Kingdom. All products are designed and tested by a team of people passionate about exercise which is why the quality is superior.

Our pricing is competitive because we are a local small business and our operations are carried out by our in-house team. This allows us to operate in a lean manner.
How do I use my gift card?
Click on 'View gift card' button in the e-mail sent to you and apply the gift card code at checkout.
Is there an expiry date on my gift card?
Yes all gift cards come with an expiry date stated in the e-mail sent to you.
